8. there are jobs that do not require a pleasing personality, thats the reason i think that some said "Not At All".
9. this answer got my attention "he/she should certainly happy with his/her job" and i agree with that.
10. some said "Not At All" and "May Help or Not" but for me i would be motivated in terms of free food.

2. #2 general practices in personnel selection - because i believe that good relationship with the boss or even the lower rank may result to job effectiveness.
3. #9 jobs and job analysis/work motivation - 'cause you have the reason why you have to work at the same time you motive yourself regarding your job.

By enjoying what im doing, for example im a programmer. I can apply my IT skills and using my HRM knowledge i can also be HR or an interviewer
'cause i know what am going to ask his/her, i know the details and the very tinies edge of being a programmer.
Now, these are my benefits:
1. I can work overtime without noticing what time is it, 'cause once you get bored of what you're doing, you'll
start to wait for the time.
2. I can work effectively, less errors and less effort.
3. I can work without getting tired.
